• All things residential, from simple to custom floorplans, full blueprints, and landscape design. 
• Commerical projects: architectural, structural drafting and detailing, rebar, and shop drawings. 

Our design process involves a thorough understanding of the client's needs and preferences.

• Residential: we start with conceptualization (through pictures via a Pinterest folder), then we come up with the floorplan, into 3D modeling, and finally, construction documentation. That you can then present to your builder of choice.
• Commerical: Due to the scope of these projects, the process may vary. One thing that does stay the same is clear communication. Including regular check ins to stay up to date on project timelines and frequent changes. 

The timeline for a project can vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project. We will provide you with a detailed timeline and project plan during the initial consultation.
